- I found hair inside the bathtube. Also, the hotel says that dogs are allowed and for free but I was charged for let my alone in the room. It was after 10am, on Saturday, most guests weren't at the hotel and I came back around 16pm. I bought a package for the weekend with Luxembourg Card, but dogs are not allowed at the attractions, that's why she stayed inside the room. When we arrived, they told us that one guest complained about the dog's noise and the manager took my dog from the room and keep her. In this mean while, they could call us or send me an e-mail before take my dog. But they didn't even try, and the excuse was that they didn't find my datas. Funny because I made the reservation at the website and the e-mail and phone number are requested. Also at the check-in I had to give them these informations. Anyways they will charge me because they had my card number, that's why I didn't argue.

- The front desk officcer gave the room key to another guest who had cheked in the day after Alejandro Rodríguez; the new guest, believing he had been assigned the correct room, went in and left his belongings there as well as used the toilet. Alejandro Rodríguez was out of the room at that moment, luckily, but found out when he went back in his room and found out that somebody had left his things there. He went to he front desk to complain but was not offered any compensation. I really think the bedroom should not be charged, and I would like to have the reimbursment of the amount paid.

- Chambre sur rue étouffante, mal aérée Impossible de dormir quand on ouvre la fenetre à cause du bruit.

+ Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast! When I compared prices, you had one of the lowest in central Luxemburg.

+ Hôtel bien situé, à proximité du centre ville (très facilement accessible en bus), et non loin de la gare. Le petit déjeuner est excellent ! Le personnel a été tout à fait aimable et à notre écoute : nous avons pu changer de chambre pour avoir une chambre sur l'arrière, au calme.

- Pour nous qui sommes sensibles au bruit, La chambre du côté de la rue était trop bruyante. Une meilleure isolation phonique du côté de la rue serait nécessaire (au-moins pour les étages les plus bas). La circulation rendait aussi difficile d'aérer la chambre.

- When taking a shower it was difficult because the whole floor of the bathroom gets wet. It makes it a risk for falling

+ Friendly helpful staff, room a good size and clean. good selection for breakfast, very well placed for walking to the centre of town and down to Grand etc. I'd definitely stay here again.

- A bit noisy due to overlooking Ave de la Liberte, but that is to be expected given the location and really wasn't too bad.

- Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption bei unserer Ankunft war ziemlich unmotiviert, da wir kein französisch verstehen und sie uns auf englisch erklären musste, wie wir den Weg zum Parkhaus finden. Wir haben uns dann prompt verfahren. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren jedoch sehr freundlich, bemüht und zuvorkommend.

+ Die Lage und die (relative) Bezahlbarkeit. Alle anderen Hotels waren an diesen Daten bei astronomischen Preisen! Das Frühstück war gut.

- Die Dusche verursachte leider im Badezimmer eine Überschwemmung. (Zi. 203)

- The room was not very clean and you had rust and filthy brown stains everywhere. Also the breakfast was very basic with no inlet or any meal hot served.

- Zwischen den Lamellen der Deckenverkleidung und um die Entlüftungsöffnungen war Schimmel deutlich zu erkennen. Hier bietet sich eine regelmäßige Reinigung mit Essigsäure an, um Schimmel zu beseitigen und die weitere Entstehung zu verhindern.

- The room require a refurbishment immediately. The sewage was smelly when the doors were open, i won’t mention the decoration or the broken and mended sink, plus the windows were not double glazed and were woken up 3 times by fights in the street, peostitutes fighting with their pimps. Charmant...
